We are a young, dynamic team with a passion for barefoot shoes – and we want to share this passion with you!
In April 2019, we launched a crowdfunding campaign for our first model, the Original Mesh. Thanks to your incredible support, we reached our funding goal in just 48 hours. Five months later, the first customers were holding their brand-new Feelgrounds in their hands.
Since then, we have continuously developed new, stylish models and worked tirelessly to further improve our existing shoes.
Our mission is to inspire even more people to wear barefoot shoes.

Responsibility for ourselves and our environment
At Feelgrounds, we are committed to responsible shoe production. That's why we use recycled materials whenever possible. Our Original Mesh model, for example, is made almost entirely from recycled materials. The quality of our products is continuously confirmed by independent testing institutes such as SGS. Furthermore, all our shoes are 100% vegan, and no animals were harmed in their production. We are constantly searching for new materials that meet our high standards without compromising on comfort, quality, or style. Our goal is to create shoes that are better for our health and the environment than conventional footwear.
Product development & fair production
We are proud to present you with a diverse range of stylish barefoot shoes. Before we add a new model to our shop, we test it thoroughly until it meets our high standards. We are also constantly working to optimize our current models. Your feedback is important to us. If we see room for improvement in a model, we don't hesitate to take action and make it better.
Sustainability, fairness, and transparency are essential values for us. Our experienced production team is located in Vietnam. It is important to us that everyone involved with Feelgrounds is treated fairly. Therefore, all factory employees have social security, health, and accident insurance, are of legal age, and receive above-average regional wages. Our factory is a member of the European BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), whose mission is to promote prosperity, international trade, and the responsible use of natural resources. Our factory is also part of the Better Work Vietnam initiative, a program for implementing ILO (International Labour Organization) standards. A good relationship between workers and management and fair working conditions are cornerstones of Better Work Vietnam, which are equally important to us.
